Big Sky Mountains

The Big Sky Café website is, of course, a virtual café. The physical café (our apologies to those who already know all of this or who are regulars there) - that café lies in a valley at the base of a region called the Big Sky Mountains. In fact a lot of the people who hang out at the Big Sky Café are either on their way in or just coming out of the mountains.

Now-a-days there are also usually a few groups of folks, explorers, hikers, sight seers, sitting around sharing stories and experiences, pinning maps up on the wooden walls, drawing on chalkboards, giving pointers to people who are about to go in. Pointers and warnings ... well, not quite warnings -but definitely talking about reports of some pretty strange things. Maybe we’ll put up a webcam later - but right now a lot of what’s on the board is about departure times and return times for parties who have been going in … with plenty of exclamation marks and question marks.

More and more people are calling and asking about this stuff. So it looks like we’ll use this site to post reports and discussion or whatever.

That’s it for now we'll just pick up on it as more comes in or gets figured out.
